Do you deliver outside New Zealand?

No. We only ship to New Zealand currently.

How do I check on my order?

We’ll send you an email with a link to your tracking info once your order has been shipped. If you did not receive an email from us, please contact us on 0800 522 422 or info@bloomhearing.co.nz.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $45 or for $5 on orders under $45.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

When will I receive my items?

All deliveries are made New Zealand Post and as such, we are guided by their delivery timings. Overnight for urban, 2-3 working days for rural.

If you have not received your item after 7 days from purchase, please contact us on 0800 522 422 or info@bloomhearing.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to any address in New Zealand. However, we do not deliver to PO Boxes as a signature is required to accept delivery.

Who will be delivering my order?

All orders will be delivered by New Zealand Post.

What is your return policy?

You will need to return the item within 30 days of purchase. You will also need to produce a satisfactory proof of purchase (for example, a tax invoice). The item needs to be in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold.

What do I do if I received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product?

If you received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please email photos of the item to info@bloomhearing.co.nz, include your order name and number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you need further assistance, please feel free to call us on 0800 522 422.

Can I change my mind after I’ve placed the order?

We will not provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind about a product you have purchased.
